DMT has been awarded by BIM to manufacture, transport and assembly of 2.817 prefabricated housing units in Berlin / Germany. These units has been planned to accommodate the Syrian refugees. The housing units has been designed as per the Official German Norms and Design Standards.
This project represents work of similarity regarding; (a) Includes several construction locations that the buildings to be installed, (b) Same project type being firm-fixed price, design-build contract, new construction.
